How long do you want to stay in what you're currently doing?
Sometimes the hardest thing about change is knowing when to initiate it.
One time, I went with my sister to the sento and decided to match her pace and I wound up staying in the water for way too long. I decided to go into a bath one more time even though I already felt refreshed. I ignored the fact that my fingers were starting to prune. I wound up feeling dizzy, lethargic, and the usual opportunity for feeling the magic of feeling refreshed had been missed.
Knowing when to leave is just as strategic as knowing when to keep at it. What do you need to make this more clear for you?
